Berra × MichaelsPricing

We build your website and run it every week. You own all of it.

Custom creative on top. Shared AI-powered platform underneath. Your site, your list, your customers, your data — without anyone on your team lifting a finger.

Founded by Audrey Berra and Malcolm Michaels. Arizona.

What the platform does
01One front door.

Every event, service, and product your business runs, on one site you own.

02An owned list.

Email capture everywhere it makes sense, one unified list, newsletters that assemble themselves from what you're already doing.

03Nothing dies where it's posted.

One Facebook or Instagram post becomes a site update and an email feature, automatically.

04A dashboard, not a report.

Revenue attributed, list growth, what's working. If the algorithm changes tomorrow, you still own the audience.

05Built to be the answer.

When someone asks Google, or ChatGPT, for the best BBQ in town, the answer comes from somewhere. Your site is built so every word can be read, understood, and quoted by the things people actually ask now.

The flywheel

We run the machine. You own everything it makes.

  1. You post
  2. The site updates
  3. The email goes out
  4. Customers land
  5. The list grows ↺
You postThe site updatesThe email goes outCustomers landThe list grows ↺

Every step feeds the next. The content you already make keeps the site alive; the site grows the list; the list brings customers in; every customer adds names to the list. Month over month the same effort returns more, on machinery you never have to think about.

Running on the platform

Creative × technology

The × is a multiplication sign on purpose.

Most creative people can't build the technology. Most technical people have no taste. Berra × Michaels sits on both sides of that line: creative direction and custom-built AI tooling under one roof. We move fast, build things other agencies can't, and never bill you for hours a machine should be doing.

Audrey Berra · Creative

Brand voice, visual identity, and the editorial eye behind every page. Formally trained in advertising and film at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology. She leads creative direction and the day-to-day relationship.

Malcolm Michaels · Platform

A product engineer who has built and sold three businesses, now shipping faster solo with AI tooling than he ever could with a team. He builds the data model, the customer flows, and the machinery underneath.

You own it. All of it.

Your domain sits in your name, in your own account, from day one, whether we register a new one or move the one you already have. Your content, your customer list, and your data are yours, always. If you ever leave, we hand you a working copy of your site and your full list, and you point your domain at it. The only thing that stops is the machinery we run behind it.

Before you hire anyone, including us, ask two questions: "Who owns my domain? Who owns my content?" Go check. You might be surprised.

Pricing

Published, because your budget deserves a straight answer.

Compare it to the hire, not the hosting.

Platform
$400/month

One revenue line, one site, one customer flow. Includes the site, events, waitlists, your list and newsletter, self-serve editing, and the dashboard.

Multi-platform
$850/month

For more than one revenue engine: the farm that's also a bakery and a wedding venue, the restaurant with catering and a store. Every site under one roof, everything in Platform on all of it.

First-year rates never change without 60 days' written notice. Nothing extra hits the bill unless it was in the agreement you signed. The plan grows with the list, on a ladder printed there too. Founding builds: $1.

How it starts
01Measure first.

Every engagement starts with discovery: your surfaces inventoried, a baseline measured. So every later win is provable.

02Scope from the baseline.

The rates are published above. Discovery determines what to turn on and when, priced in writing before anything starts.

03We build on our dime.

The build runs before the meter does. The monthly starts when your site launches, not when you sign.

Powered

This site runs on the Berra × Michaels platform.

If a footer credit brought you here, it means your favorite local business runs on the platform: their site stays fast and current, and everything they do feeds one list they own.

Ready now? Tell us about your business.

We have it. We'll write back.

Not ready? One email when new founding-build slots open. Nothing else.

A founding build is the whole site, built for $1. The trade: a six-month commitment, a small credit in your footer, and the right to show the work. Your name is worth more to us than the fee.

You're on the list. One email when a founding-build slot opens. Nothing else.

Questions
What is Berra × Michaels?

Berra × Michaels is a two-person creative-and-technology agency based in Queen Creek, in Phoenix's East Valley. It builds and runs websites on a shared AI-powered platform, with custom creative on top, for a flat monthly subscription.

What does the monthly subscription include?

A Berra × Michaels subscription includes your site, every event you run, waitlists, a unified email list and newsletter engine, self-serve editing, and a revenue dashboard.

Who owns my website and domain?

You do. If you already have a domain, we move it into your account. If you need a new one, we register it in your name, in your own account, from day one. Your content, customer list, and data are always yours.

What happens if I cancel?

Berra × Michaels hands you a working copy of your site and your full customer list, and you point your domain at it. The only thing that stops is the machinery we run behind it.

Can I update my own site?

Yes. Every Berra × Michaels site includes self-serve editing: change text, add photos and logos, and undo mistakes. No developer, no ticket.

Why not just use Squarespace or Wix?

Squarespace hosts a website; you still do all the work. With Berra × Michaels you keep posting to Facebook and Instagram like you already do, and the platform turns those posts into site updates and your weekly newsletter automatically. In 2026 the algorithm decides who sees a post, but 100% of your list gets the email and every visitor finds a site as alive as your feed. You're not replacing a $25 site. You're replacing the marketing hire you keep putting off.
