What we collect

The conversation form asks for a business name, an email address, and an optional note about what's broken.

The founding-build form asks for an email address only. That list is for one email when a founding-build slot opens. Nothing else.

Both forms include a hidden field that humans never fill. If it is filled, we treat the submission as spam and ignore it.

Cloudflare, which hosts this site, also records ordinary request logs (time, URL, and IP) as part of running the Worker.

What we don't collect

No analytics product. No advertising pixels. No third-party fonts. Inter is self-hosted.

We do not sell lists, and we do not share submissions for anyone else's marketing.

Why we collect it

Conversation submissions exist so we can write back about your business.

Founding-build emails exist so we can send one notice when a slot opens.

Where it lives

Submissions go to a Cloudflare Worker and are emailed to Audrey Berra and Malcolm Michaels. There is no separate mailing-list product on this site yet.

Cloudflare processes them as the host. Worker logs may also record that a send happened.

Cookies

The public site does not set tracking cookies.

The workers.dev preview, only, sets a cookie named bxm_preview after you enter the door code, so you are not asked again. That cookie is not used on berramichaels.com.

How long we keep it

Conversation notes stay until we have written back. Founding-build emails stay until we send that one notice, or until you ask us to delete them.

Cloudflare request logs follow Cloudflare's own retention for Workers.

Your requests

To see, correct, or delete what you sent, use the form on the home page. This site does not publish an email address.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will date the update at the top of this page.
